You will be invited to recline on a therapy couch with pillows and a blanket for warmth. Genevra will share a simple meditation and play the Alchemy Crystal Tones Singing Bowls for you. The bowls are chosen and played intuitively for your session. During the session, there will be a space to talk.

Complimentary herbal teas and water will be available. Please bring an eye pillow or any additional comforts that you wish.
